As part of the screening criteria, applicants may be denied for poor landlord history and/or convictions for crimes against property, drug-related, or firearms within the the last five years or convictions for crimes agains persons within the last seven years.

After your application is submitted, the leasing office will be in touch for additional screening and documents need prior to move-in.
